Life (2017)

Just blasted off on a terrifying mission with Life (2017)! Ryan Reynolds leads an international crew on the International Space Station who discover a single-celled Martian organism. They nurture it, but soon realize it might be a little too intelligent (and hungry) for comfort.
The film cleverly throws together elements of Alien and Gravity, creating a suspenseful and claustrophobic atmosphere on the space station. Reynolds delivers a charismatic performance, even when facing a deadly alien life form. The zero-gravity sequences are thrilling, showcasing the dangers of space exploration.
However, the plot can be predictable at times, and the characters are a bit thin. The ending feels rushed, leaving some plot threads unresolved.
Overall, Life is a fun and suspenseful sci-fi horror that will keep you on the edge of your seat. It’s not going to win awards for originality, but it delivers a satisfying dose of sci-fi scares.
